Building Engineer
Pinnacle Properties, LLC, a full-service real estate company, is currently seeking commercial Building Engineers in the Charlotte area. Responsibilities include responding to tenant service calls, building operations, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Experience should include a strong knowledge of central plant equipment and VAV systems. Excellent tenant relations and CFC Certification required. Other industry licenses a plus. E.O.E.
