Mooresville Tribune - Mooresville, NC - 2008-03-28

Construction is ongoing at the new 71,000 square foot Food Lion shopping center at the corner of Rocky River Road and Shearers Road. In addition to the Food Lion, when completed it will feature four other buildings which could accomodate other retailers or restaurants and two outparcels which could be used to house two additional buildings. It is expected to achieve full buildout by 2009.
