Pinnacle Properties, LLC and McAlpine Group Announce Marketing Relationship

Local developers Pinnacle Properties and The McAlpine Group have announced a long term marketing relationship in which Pinnacle will handle brokerage services for The McAlpine Group’s commercial development portfolio. Pinnacle Properties is a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in Charlotte area development, brokerage and management. The McAlpine Group specializes in residential and land development throughout the region. This new relationship between the two companies promises to produce long-term success and future development opportunities in Charlotte and surrounding markets. Pinnacle Properties is currently developing a number of high profile projects including Pinnacle Point and Royal Court in Charlotte and Mooresville Town Square, Legacy Village and Rocky River Promenade in Mooresville. Darrell Palasciano of Pinnacle Properties will handle the sales and leasing for McAlpine’s $10 million portfolio including Prosperity Park and Dunn Commons. |
